In a bid to alleviate the pressure of exams, the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has initiated a comprehensive support program, offering psychological and educational aid to students, teachers, and parents. This endeavor aims to equip them with effective tools and techniques to manage exam-related stress and anxiety.
Support Helpline Details
The CGBSE has introduced a toll-free helpline number, 18002334363, which will be operational from February 22 onwards. This helpline will be available from 11 am to 5 pm, excluding Sundays and holidays, to provide assistance and guidance to individuals seeking help.
Assistance Team
A team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivators, subject matter experts, and board officials will be available to address the concerns of students, teachers, and parents.
Educational Motivators for Exam Fear
Educational motivators will offer advice and solutions to candidates dealing with exam-related fear and stress, aiding them in navigating through challenging situations with confidence.
Subject-wise Assistance Timings
To ensure comprehensive support, the Board has designated specific timings for subject-wise assistance:
- Subject experts in physics, chemistry, biology, accountancy, English, and mathematics will be accessible from 11 am to 3:30 pm.
- Psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational counselors will be available from 2 pm to 5 pm.
These services will be available from February 22 to 28. Additionally, board officials will be present from February 29 to March 22 to address any exam-related issues faced by candidates, teachers, and parents.
