The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the results of the 18th Bar Examination, also known as All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 or XVIII 2024. Candidates who appeared for this exam can now check their scores on the official websites of BCI.
Result Declaration Details
The result notification by BCI mentioned that seven questions from AIBE 18 were withdrawn, and the result has been tabulated based on 93 questions instead of the original 100.
- Passing Marks Adjustment:
- For general and OBC category candidates, the passing mark is 42, calculated as 45% of 93.
- For SC, ST, and disabled categories, the passing mark is 37, calculated as 40% of 93.
Document Submission Requirement
Candidates who uploaded documents other than the Enrolment Certificate have their results withheld. They are required to submit their enrolment certificates to the email address bci.helpdesk@smartexams.in before April 10, 2024. Results for such candidates will be declared by April 15, 2024.
