National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Undergraduates, or NEET UG 2022, will take place today, July 17, 2022, for all the registered candidates. Nearly 18 lakh students nationwide will take the NEET 2022 exam, which will be administered by the National Testing Agency, NTA. There is only one slot available for the NEET UG 2022 exam, which runs from 2 pm to 5:20 pm for all students. The NEET exam is being administered in 14 locations outside of India in addition to 497 cities across the nation. For students inside and outside of India, the NEET 2022 norms and instructions for the exam day remain the same.

According to the Agency, candidates will not be permitted to access the testing location beyond 1:30 PM for the NEET UG 2022 exam. By 1:15 PM, seating will be available. The entire lesson period will last from 1:20 to 1:45 PM.
- On the day of the exam, applicants who are dressed traditionally must be at the designated examination centre no later than 12:30 p.m.
Important Candidate Instructions – Candidates must arrive at the exam site by the reporting/entry time at the site stated on the admit card. After the gate closes, candidates are not permitted to enter the testing facility.
No candidate will be permitted to show up at the examination centre on a date or at a time other than that specified on their admit card.
The NEET UG 2022 Admit Card must be brought by candidates, along with a passport-sized photo (the same one that is pasted on the application form) for pasting on the designated spot on the attendance sheet at the centre during the NEET (UG) – 2022 Examination.
- Any of the official photo IDs (must be original and valid; examples include PAN cards, driving licences, voter ID cards, passports, Aadhaar cards, ration cards, and class 12 admit cards with photographs).
- A colour photograph in the Post Card Size (4″ x 6″) with a white backdrop must be put on the Proforma that was downloaded with the admit card. The proforma and a post card-sized photo must be given to the examiner’s invigilator in the exam room.
- In accordance with the NEET(UG) 2022 Information Bulletin, applicants are not permitted to leave the room/hall without giving the on-duty invigilator their OMR Sheets.
