Education minister of Australia promised Indian students to simplify student visa procedure

NEW DELHI: Jason Clare, the education minister of Australia has recently promised the students to resolve the problems related to visas for Indian students who are studying in universities and institutions in Australia. He said this in a discussion with the Indian union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The Indian minister welcomed the refined step taken by his Australian counterpart.

In the meeting, Dharmendra Pradhan spoke about the collaborations between both the countries (India & Australia) respectively in skill development, higher education and school education sector, and imparting world-class skilling to the Indian workforce creating a positive synergy for both countries. during the discussion pradhan briefed his Australian counterpart about the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the internationalisation in the education.

“I briefed H.E. Clare on the new National Education Policy 2020 and the expanded scope for internationalisation in education through various modalities, as well as the enabling environment for institutions in the Gift City,” Pradhan wrote on Twitter. “I briefed H.E.
