Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has extended the registration deadline for the academic year 2024-25 until July 31. This extension applies to students in classes 5, 8, and 12 across all government, aided, affiliated, and associated schools in Punjab.
Registration Deadline Extended
The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for the academic year 2024-25. Students in classes 5, 8, and 12 now have until July 31 to complete their registration process. This extension provides additional time for students to secure their admissions for the upcoming academic year.
Class 10 Exams Completed, Class 12 Exams Underway
The class 10 examinations, conducted by the Punjab Board, were held from February 13 to March 5. Meanwhile, the class 12 examinations are currently ongoing and will continue until March 30. The exam timings are from 11 am to 2:15 pm.
Results Awaited
Following the completion of examinations for classes 5, 8, 10, and 12, the Punjab Board will release the results. Last year, the pass percentage for class 10 was an impressive 97.54%. Girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 98.46%, while boys achieved a pass percentage of 96.73%. Notably, Pathankot district recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.19%, whereas Barnala recorded the lowest at 95.96%.
