Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra: India’s oldest and most prominent trade and industry chamber, the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), has reappointed Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra, the Chancellor of Shobhit University, as the Chairman of the ASSOCHAM National Education Council. The National Education Council’s role is to deliberate on educational issues and make recommendations to the government. The council has made significant contributions in development-related fields and has advised the central and state governments in implementing education policies.
