The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2022 for the agriculture stream has been postponed today. The admission test was held on July 14 and 15. This decision was made by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) due to the upcoming three days of heavy rain in the state. The new dates would be made public later, according to a news statement from the TSCHE.
But the engineering stream of the TS EAMCET-2022 will be administered as planned, between July 18 and July 20. On behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad is conducting the entrance exam for admission into a variety of professional programmes provided by the university or private colleges in the region.

According to estimates, 350 students applied for both the medical and engineering programmes, 94,150 for agricultural, and 1,71,945 for engineering. This year, 2,66,445 candidates have submitted applications.
Due to the holidays proclaimed by the state administration due to the excessive rains, the TS ECET was also postponed this week. There are no upcoming changes to the dates. The state government of Telangana had declared holidays for all educational institutions from Monday to Wednesday due to the widespread rain.
