The National Institutional Ranking Framework’s (NIRF) 7th edition rankings 2022 will be notified on July 15th 2022 by the Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. According to the details shared by the Education Ministry, the NIRF rankings will be announced in a virtual conference which is going to be chaired by Union Education Minister.
The event will be streamed live on various social media platforms which will be chaired by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and a detailed NIRF ranking 2022 report will be shared on nirfindia.org at 11:00 am. The rankings will be based on 11 bases in total among different educational streams and domains. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) will specify top institutes Overall, University, Management, College, Pharmacy, Medical, Engineering, Architecture, ARIIA (Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements), Law and Research Institutions. The Rankings will use five different parameters to list down the top academic institutions in the country.

- Research and Professional practice
- Graduation outcome
- Outreach and Inclusivity
