GNIOT MBA Institute: A corporate readiness certification programme for the MBA (2022–24 cohort) has been announced by the GNIOT MBA Institute, a leading institution for management education. The curriculum strives to give students the information and abilities they need to succeed in the corporate sector.

Renowned Trainers Bring Expertise to Enhance Students’ Corporate Preparedness

The programme will feature renowned professional trainers with years of competence in corporate training (Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, Ms. Vaishavi Tiwari, Ms. Ankita Jain, and Ms. Mallika Nanda). They will offer the students insightful advice on a variety of corporate preparedness topics, including communication skills, personal growth, leadership abilities, performance administration, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and more. Through interactive seminars, case studies, role plays, simulations, and assignments, the students will gain first-hand experience in their company readiness efforts. Additionally, the programme will introduce students to the industry’s best practises and trends and assist them in networking with possible employers.

The Corporate Readiness Certification Programme offers students the chance to learn about corporations and use corporate skills that will set them apart from their peers. The programme draws its inspiration from previous programmes launched by prestigious businesses and academic institutions that have succeeded in improving participants’ employability and career prospects. Beginning in July 2023, the programme will last for six months. The trainers will provide a letter of recommendation and a certificate of completion to the students who successfully finish the course. All MBA students who have registered at the GNIOT MBA Institute for the 2022–24 cohort are eligible for the programme.
