CBSE has released the short notification for CTET December 2022 exam

CBSE has released the short notification for CTET December 2022 exam. In the notice, the candidates have been advised to download the CTET bulletin from the website ctet.nic.in and read it carefully and apply only after that.

Candidates will be able to apply by visiting the bulletin ctet.nic.in. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be conducted in CBT mode in December 2022.

Details of CTET exam pattern, language, syllabus, eligibility conditions, exam city and important dates will be given in the notification.

The detailed notification of CTET December 2022 will be released soon at ctet.nic.in. It will be organized in 20 languages.

To clear the CTET exam, a candidate must secure at least passing marks. General category students are required to secure at least 60 percent marks in the exam.

At the same time, for the students of Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, this minimum score is 55 percent.

CBSE conducts the CTET exam twice every year. The first exam is conducted in the month of July and second in the month of December.

Successful candidates who give CTET Paper-1 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for class 1 to class 5. Whereas successful candidates who give Paper-2 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for class 6th to 8th.

If you apply for only one paper, then General and OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. On the other hand, if you apply for both the papers, you will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1200. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and Divyang category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 for a paper.

On the other hand, if you apply for both the papers, you will have to pay an application fee of Rs 600.
