NEW DELHI: The Kejriwal government has launched the Centre of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT) which also comprises a supercomputer, said Manish Sisodia, Delhi Deputy chief minister.
This initiative has been taken with the goal to enable study in the field of big data and high-end graphics. The supercomputer can be accessed by other universities as well.

“A major milestone for Higher Education in Delhi! Delhi Govt launches Centre of Artificial Intelligence at NSUT, with a modern Supercomputer which can be accessed by other universities too. This will allow world-class efforts in upcoming fields of Big Data & High-End Graphics,” Sisodia tweeted.
Currently, a supercomputing infrastructure was also established on the IIT Roorkee campus in collaboration with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) for research and development. The establishment was made under the National supercomputing mission via a joint initiative with the Department of Science and technology and the ministry of electronics and information technology.
