UP Board, Uttar Pradesh, has announced a second opportunity for candidates who missed the Intermediate practical examinations. The exams will take place on March 13 and 14, according to Dibyakant Shukla, Secretary of the Secondary Education Council, Uttar Pradesh.
Reason for Second Chance
The decision for another round of exams stems from reports that some students in selected districts were unable to appear for the initial exam held on February 16. To ensure fairness, the board has opted to offer a supplementary chance to these students.
Evaluation Schedule
Following the completion of exams, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will commence the evaluation process for high school and intermediate answer sheets from March 16. The evaluation period will span 13 working days, ending on March 31. There will be a break for Holi festivities between March 24 and 26.

The UP Board has appointed a significant number of examiners for the evaluation process. A total of 94,802 examiners will assess 1.76 crore answer sheets for the high school examination, while 52,295 examiners will evaluate 1.25 crore answer sheets for the intermediate examination.
