The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the UGC NET Result 2023 on January 19, 2024. This significant announcement brings valuable information for the candidates who appeared for the UGC NET December 2023 examination, conducted from December 6 to December 19, 2023, across 292 cities nationwide.

Key Insights

  1. Examination Overview:
    • UGC – NET December 2023 spanned 83 subjects and witnessed a massive participation of 9.45 lakh candidates.
    • The examination took place in 292 cities, reflecting its widespread reach.
  2. Provisional Answer Key and Feedback:
    • The provisional answer key was released on January 3, enabling candidates to provide feedback by paying a fee of ₹200 per question.
    • The archaeology subject answer key was specifically released on January 8, and the objection window closed on January 10, 2024.

To access your scorecard, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Official Website:
    • Go to the UGC NET official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Result Link:
    • Locate and click on the “UGC NET Result 2023” link available on the home page.
  3. Login Details:
    • Enter the necessary login details on the new page that opens.
  4. Result Display:
    • Click submit, and your result or scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download and Keep:
    • Download the result page and ensure to keep a hard copy for future reference.

Important Note

There is no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of results, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
