WB Police Lady Constable Recruitment 2023: Good news for women candidates waiting for Lady Constable Recruitment opportunities. West Bengal Police Constable Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has released the notification for the recruitment of Lady Constable in the state.
According to the recruitment notification by the board, a total of 1420 Lady Constables are to be recruited by including various sub-categories. Of these, 343 posts are unreserved, for which candidates from other states can also apply. At the same time, for other posts, only candidates belonging to various reserved categories who are native to the state of West Bengal will be able to apply.

In such a situation, candidates wishing to apply for recruitment to the posts of Lady Constable in West Bengal Police will be able to apply through the online application form to be made available on the official website of WBPRB, wbpolice.gov.in.
The application process is to start from 23rd April and candidates will be able to submit their applications till 22nd May 2023. During the application candidates have to pay the fee of Rs 170 through online means. However, for candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC, ST) of West Bengal, the fee is Rs 20 only.

Candidates wishing to apply for the recruitment of Lady Constable posts in West Bengal Police must have passed Secondary (Class 10) examination from a recognized board. Also, age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as on 1st January 2023. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories of the state will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules of the Government of West Bengal.
