About the fellowship program
The fellowship is a med-tech fellowship that is sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The goal of the fellowship programme is to create next-generation entrepreneurs and great leaders in innovation who are later going to work in establishing new start-ups for indigenous development and in the manufacturing of medical devices under the central government’s scheme ‘Make in India’ and ‘Start-up India’. Selected candidates will work towards the mission of providing universal healthcare in India. The fellowship would last for 12 months and the candidates selected under this fellowship will get paid Rs 60, 000 per month.

Candidates must submit their application forms for the SIB SHINE Fellowship before or on July 20, 2022. The selection process, as per the official website, will be done in four phases.
