IIT Delhi has launched a new online course for individuals who take an interest in Design and Innovation. The Indian Institute of Technology is going to be taking applications from 13th September, therefore, interested candidates can apply at iitd.emeritus.org. The Course is specifically designed for tech enthusiasts, from various fields, such as Design Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, Entrepreneurs, Innovation Consultants, and so on, for both students and working professionals.
Course details
The course is set to begin on 28th December, 2023. The course will feature several modules that will guide your analytical and thinking skills in the realm of Design and innovation. There are going to be a total of 14 modules, ranging from Introduction to Human-centered Design, the synergy between HCD and Innovation, to New Product Development. Apart from this, this will be a 20-week course, taught completely online through recorded online lectures, assignments, quizzes, and a project. In addition to this, they get office hours with the IIT faculty and can attend live webinars.
Who all can apply?
The application portal will go live on the 13th of September, allowing interested candidates to apply for this incredible opportunity provided by the prestigious, IIT Delhi. However, the applicant must have at least a graduate degree or a diploma degree from any recognized university in any subject. Moreover, the applicant must have passed their latest examination, scoring at least 50%. Along with this, they should also hold at least one year of work experience in a relevant field. Any applicant who does not possess the required qualifications, will not be eligible for admission.
Completion certificate
This 20-week comprehensive course will require dedication and hard work, Therefore the university will only award a completion certificate if they complete the course with a 60% score or higher. However, the ones who fail to score the same, will not be awarded the completion certificate but will receive a participation certificate.
