Indian Postal Department has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of total 58 posts of Staff Car Driver in various regions under Tamil Nadu Circle. Advertisement issued by the Department of Posts on 27 February (NomSE/B9-2/XV/2021), a total of 58 Staff Car Drivers are to be recruited in Chennai Region, Central Region, MMS Region, Southern Region and Western Region. This recruitment department is to be done under Group C in the General Central Service, for which pay matrix level Rs 19,900-63,200 pay scale and applicable allowances will be payable.

Candidates can download the recruitment notification for Staff Car Driver posts advertised by Department of Posts from the official website, indiapost.gov.in from the active link in the recruitment section or from the direct link given below. The application form for the application is given in this notification. Candidates will have to fill this form completely and attach copies of the sought documents and submit it at the address given in the advertisement by 5 pm on March 31, 2023. Candidates also have to attach Rs 100 Indian Postal Order along with the application. However, SC, ST and women candidates are not required to pay the fee.

Before applying candidates must know the eligibility criteria set by the Department of Posts. According to the recruitment notification issued by the Department of Posts, candidates should have passed 10th from a recognized board and should have a valid driving license for driving light and heavy motor vehicles. Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years. Maximum age limit will be relaxed for reserved categories.
