BSF Recruitment: Border Security Force (BSF) has released the link to apply online for the recruitment of various (non-gazetted) posts in Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’.
Candidates can apply online at rectt.bsf.gov.in. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test. Candidates successful in the written examination will appear for the second phase examination (Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test Documentation, Practical/Trade Test and Medical Examination and Re-Medical Examination) at the center on the scheduled date before the Selection Board.
The information will be given to the candidates through email and SMS.
SI (Vehicle Mechanic), SI (Auto Electrician), SI (Store Keeper), Constable (OTRP), Constable (SKT), Constable (Fitter), Constable (Carpenter), Constable (Auto Elect) Constable (Vehicle Mechanic), Constable Total for (BSTS), Constable (Welder), Constable (Painter), Constable (Upholstery) and Constable (Turner)110 posts are vacant.
To apply for these posts, the maximum age limit of SI is 30 years and the maximum age limit of constable is 18 to 25 years. Talking about the salary, the post of SI ranges from Rs 35000 to Rs 1,12,000 per month. On the other hand, the post of constable ranges from Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100.
Talking about the qualification, then for SI, at least three years diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Auto Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by the government.
Candidate should be 10th pass for constable. Along with this, the candidate should also have a diploma in the relevant trade in ITI.
BSF Selection Process
First of all there will be a written exam of the candidate.
This will be followed by Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test.
Then there will be documentation.
