National Teacher Awards 2023: Ministry of Education has invited applications for National Teacher Awards 2023 for the teachers of Higher Education, the last date for the nominations is 30, July, 2023. Nominations are open on the official portal- nat.aicte-india.org. The onus of nominating teachers is given to the head of institutions.
This time Ministry of Education (MOE) has introduced a new category of the Awards for promoting the teachers of Industrial Training Institutes and Polytechnic Institutes.
CATEGORIES OF NATIONAL TEACHER 2023
National Teacher Awards 2023 are divided into 2 major categories:
Category 1 belongs to the teachers of ITIs and Polytechnic Institutes
Category 2 belongs to the teaachers of Higher Education Institutes (HEIs)
Authorities have Further divided the category 2 in three sub-categories
Sub Category 1: Engineering, technology, architecture and any other.
Sub Category 2: Pure Sciences including Mathematics, physical sciences, biological sciences, chemical sciences, medical sciences, pharmacy and any other.
Sub Category 3: Arts, social sciences, Humanities, languages, legal Studies, commerce, management and any other.
