The Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR, will celebrate its 8th convocation ceremony on Saturday, 28th May 2022.
Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, winner of the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, will be the chief guest for the ceremony kicking off the online event on May 28th, 2022.
Shiv Nadar University is a private research institution located on the outskirts of Delhi. The university was established by the Shiv Nadar Foundation, a private philanthropic foundation created by Shiv Nadar – the founder and chairman emeritus of HCL.
The University, helmed by Dr. Ananya Mukherjee, Vice-Chancellor, who joined Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR on January 31, 2022, is celebrating 10 years of excellence in the field of academia.

Dr. Mukherjee is a prominent academician who has served as Provost and Vice-President Academic at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Okanagan Canada, and Professor, Department of Economics, Philosophy and Political Science. In 2020, Dr. Mukherjee was appointed Co-executive lead for Anti-racism at UBC.
It is a multidisciplinary, research-focused, and student-centric University that offers a range of academic programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. The university offers a state-of-the-art infrastructure with all the modern amenities, including sophisticated labs, international standard sports facilities, amphitheaters, auditorium, conference rooms, and smart classrooms.
