Eligibility

Admission Process
Candidates who qualify in JAM 2024 will be eligible to apply for admission to the M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech), M.S. (Research), M.Sc. – M.Tech Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc. – Ph.D., and M.Sc. – Ph.D. Dual Degree programs offered by the participating IITs and other institutions. Admissions will be based on the candidate’s JAM score, performance in the admission process conducted by the admitting institute, and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria specified by the institute.

The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) is a national-level entrance examination conducted annually for admission to various postgraduate science programs at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other participating institutions.
