Good news for the candidates who are waiting to start the process of PGT Recruitment in Jharkhand. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has started the application process for Post Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination (PGTTCE) 2023. Through this examination, a total of 3120 PGTs including regular and backlog are to be recruited under the School Education and Literacy (Directorate of Secondary Education) Department of Jharkhand Government. Candidates wishing to apply can apply through the prescribed process by 4 May 2023.

To apply for Jharkhand PGT Recruitment, candidates have to visit the official website of JSSC, jssc.nic.in. Then one has to go to the Application Forms section, where the application link for PGTTCE 2023 has been activated. Through this link or from the direct link given below, candidates can go to the application page for the respective recruitment. As part of the application process, candidates will have to register first. After this, the candidates will be able to submit their application by logging in with the registered details.
The application fee is Rs 100, which has to be paid through online means. However, the fee for reserved category candidates is Rs 50 only.

Candidates wishing to apply for Jharkhand PGT Recruitment should have PG with minimum 50% marks in the subject related to the vacancies. Also, must have done B.Ed from a recognized institute.
Candidates age should not be less than 21 years as on 1st January 2023 and not more than 40 years as on 1st August 2019. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories of the state will also be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the Government of Jharkhand.
