The evaluation of high school and intermediate answer sheets of the Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) continued on Sunday as well. The process started on Saturday. 30 lakh copies have been evaluated in two days. This process will continue till April 1. The work of evaluation is being done under the supervision of DIET Principal.
The evaluation centers are being monitored by CCTV. Along with this, the static magistrate is also monitoring. Till now, 1.25 lakh examiners have registered their presence for the evaluation of copies. For the evaluation of high school and intermediate copies, 258 centers have been set up across the state. Out of this, 83 are in government and 175 are in aided schools.
Efforts have been made to ensure that there is a fair evaluation at the centres. Voice web recorder CCTV has been installed at the centers, so that the teachers can work less and work more there. A bundle of ten notebooks is being given to the teacher at a time. To complete this work soon, 1.43 lakh teachers have been engaged.
This time there are 3.19 crore copies of total 58,85,745 candidates. Out of this, there are 1.86 crore copies of high school and 1.33 crore copies of intermediate. Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla said that the evaluation work will be completed in the stipulated time. During this, action will be taken against the negligent teachers.
