Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the posts of Chief – HR Analytics and Senior Manager – HR Analytics must have a graduate degree in any discipline from an AICTE/UGC recognized institute.
Along with this, candidates should have a post graduation degree in subjects like Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Mining and Econometrics.
Whereas, Diploma/Certificate holders in HR Analytics will get priority.
The minimum age of the candidates applying for the post of Chief – HR Analytics has been fixed at 29 years and maximum age at 45 years.
