How can you increase your Concentration Level by reducing distractions while studying?
Make a study plan- To increase your concentration and focus on your studies, first of all make your study schedule. Decide which subject you have to study in a week from which day and for how much time. After making the Study Time Table, your confusion regarding studies will go away. Due to which you will feel stress-free and will be able to study well.
Read difficult Subject First– When you prepare your study list, keep the hardest subject in the earlier days and study your favourite subject last. By doing this you will not be bored in the end and you will spend the whole week with focus.
Decide the time to study – It is very important to have time management for studying. Choose the time that suits you the most. Like morning time is the best for anyone.
Choose the right place – Select a place where no one disturbs you. Remove electronic items from the room. Keep only books in that room.
Take a break for some time– Continuous reading can make your mind cloudy. So set a timer of 30 minutes. After every thirty minutes take a break of 5 minutes and after every 2 hours take a break of 15 minutes. This will reboot your mind after every break so that you can read again without getting bored.
