In an official notice, CBSE emphasizes the need for uniformity of instructions and correctness of procedures in the conduct of practical examinations, projects, and internal assessments for both Class 10 and Class 12. The SOPs and guidelines are designed to streamline the process and ensure a standardized approach.
Key Highlights of CBSE Board Exam 2024 SOPs and Guidelines
- Practical exams for Class 10 and 12 will take place in all schools from January 1 to February 14, 2024.
- Marks for all practical exams must be uploaded promptly, with no allowance for corrections once the marks are submitted.
- Class 10 schools are responsible for making arrangements for practical answer books, as the Board will not supply them.
- External examiners will be appointed by the Board for specific subjects to conduct practical exams and project assessments.
- Payments for all deployed functionaries will be processed through the Integrated Payment System, unless otherwise instructed.
- Non-compliance with CBSE directions may lead to the cancellation of practical examinations.
