Important GATE 2024 Updates

The registration deadline for GATE 2024 has been extended until October 13, 2023, with a late fee applicable from September 30 to October 13. The examination will be conducted by a consortium of prestigious institutions, including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, and the organizing institute, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.

Crucial Information About GATE 2024

GATE, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, assesses candidates in a wide array of undergraduate-level subjects across Engineering, Technology, Science, Architecture, and Humanities. Qualifying in GATE opens doors to numerous educational opportunities, including admission to Master’s and Doctoral programs in institutions supported by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and other government agencies. Additionally, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) utilize GATE scores for recruitment. With 30 test papers available, candidates can opt for one or two papers. GATE scores remain valid for three years from the result announcement date, which is March 16, 2024. For comprehensive details, visit gate2024.iisc.ac.in.
