Exercising helps reduce anxiety and increases tolerance. A few stretches' will also do wonders. Do not skip meals, have a balanced diet, & stay hydrated.

Use deep breathing techniques, breath for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, and release your breath for second. follow this technique for 3-4 times a day.
