NEW DELHI: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has recently asked medical colleges to validate the data on the number of NEET PG seats available for use of registration of additional qualifications and admission of NEET and super speciality (SS) counselling.
In the last notice of the National Medical Commission, it informed that the number of seats in numerous PG courses and their recognition status in the medical all over the country is been displayed on the official website of the NMC nmc.org.in.
The data displayed on the official website is to be used for the purpose of registration of additional qualifications and admission/counselling for NEET PG and NEET SS, the NMC said.
“In case of any discrepancy is found in number of seats and/or recognition status of the course, the same should be intimated to the National Medical Commission within 15 days from the issue of this letter with supporting documents,” it said in the notice.
The college will be able to see the college, number of seats, and courses information on the homepage of the official website. The notice further informed that counselling of the medical colleges will strictly be based on the data displayed on the website of the National Medical Commission (NMC)
